Frequently Asked Questions!
How big will the puppies get?
The average size of our cockapoos and cavapoos is generally around 20 lbs. Bernedoodles will be larger around 30-40. We have several parents under 15 lbs., but our smallest size is 10 lbs. Please keep in mind that doodles are a hybrid and not a “standardized breed” and it is important to note that specific sizes cannot be guaranteed for an adult dog. We estimate puppies adult weight by averaging the weights of their specific parents.
If I place a deposit on a puppy do I get updates?
Yes! We generally do pictures toward the beginning of the week and have them posted mid-week, every week! Also, once the puppy is old enough to be playing and moving around we will upload videos to our YouTube Channel here.
Can I visit the farm?
We are happy to set up a time for you to see or pick out your puppy in person (after puppy has reached 5 weeks of age). Visitors are allowed with an appointment, normal business hours are typically 8-5 Monday to Friday, other arrangements (by appointment) are possible if you cannot make the above times.
How much are your puppies?
Our puppies range in price and will be listed on the website. Deposits to hold a puppy are $500, and are non-refundable, plus a 3% processing fee. Deposits are your commitment to your puppy! As soon as we receive a deposit, your choice of puppy will be marked “SOLD” on our website and removed from any other sites the puppy is listed on. Payment in full is required BEFORE the puppy leaves the farm. We do allow you to transfer your deposit to another available puppy. Our prayer is the right family finds the perfect puppy.
PLEASE NOTE: We charge Missouri state tax (5.975%) as well as a 3% fee on all processing transactions (ie credit cards, Venmo, etc).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, payment through the website (Central Bank), Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp. The website option has various ways to pay including credit cards.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we are happy to offer discounts to military, first responders, teachers and past customers! Reach out for more details!
When can my new puppy go home?
The puppies will stay at the farm until they are at least 8 weeks old. Puppies must be picked up by the time they are 10 weeks old unless prior arrangements have been made. A boarding fee applies to any puppy we hold beyond 10 weeks old at a rate of $15.00 a day.
We strongly encourage you to pick up your puppy no later than 10 weeks old. Getting them as soon as they are ready gives you critical bonding time with you and your family. We prefer them to bond with you and not us.
Can I get on your wait list?
Yes! Our waiting list requires a $515 (includes 3% processing fee) deposit for a future litter. You will also be able to pick a puppy in order of depostits received. This deposit is also non-refundable. If you're interested in being on our wait list, let us know!
What will come home with my puppy?
All of our puppies are microchipped and up-to-date on puppy shots and wormings. We feed NutriSource food (found at Petsway and Menards) and we will send a sample home with you. You can visit the NutriSource website, click here, and enter your zip code for a list of distributors near you.
How about shipping?
Shipping prices are changing due to flight issues and rising cost. We will let you know as soon as we can what the cost of the shipping will be. Crate shipping averages $550. If preferred, we are open to a flight nanny, as long as you coordinate with the nanny. Ground transportation can be arranged. If we meet you, we charge approximately $75 hour one way. All transportation costs will be discussed prior and can vary! Reminder: the remainder of the puppy balance must be paid in full before leaving to meet.
Do you have a sales contract or warranty?
